शरीर में मूल रूप से 7 चक्र होते हैं. इन्हें सृष्टि की समस्त शक्तियों का केंद्र माना जाता है. आइए जानते हैं इन चक्रों के बारे में.

सहस्त्रार चक्र

- मष्तिष्क के सबसे उपरी हिस्से पर जो चक्र स्थित होता है , उसे सहस्त्रार कहा जाता है.

- यह सहस्त्र पंखुड़ियों वाला है , और बिलकुल उजले सफ़ेद रंग का है.

- इस चक्र का न तो कोई धयान मंत्र है और न ही कोई बीज मंत्र , इस चक्र पर केवल गुरु का ध्यान किया जाता है.

- कुण्डलिनी जब इस चक्र पर पहुँचती है तब जाकर वह साधना की पूर्णता पाती है और मुक्ति की अवस्था में आ जाती है.

- इसी स्थान को तंत्र में काशी कहा जाता है

- इस स्थान पर सदगुरु का ध्यान या कीर्तन करने से व्यक्ति के मुक्ति मोक्ष का मार्ग सहज हो जाता है.

Body chakra

 There are basically 7 chakras in the body. They are considered to be the center of all the powers of the universe. Let's know about these cycles.

 Sahastrar Chakra

 - The chakra which is located on the topmost part of the brain is called Sahastrar.

 - It is millennial petal, and is very bright white color.

 - There is neither any meditation mantra nor any seed mantra of this cycle, only Guru is meditated on this cycle.

 - When the Kundalini reaches this cycle, then she gets the fullness of spiritual practice and comes to a state of liberation.

 - This place is called Kashi in Tantra.

 - By meditating or doing kirtan of Sadguru at this place, the path of liberation salvation of the person gets smoothed.
