शरीर के चक्र

शरीर में मूल रूप से 7 चक्र होते हैं. इन्हें सृष्टि की समस्त शक्तियों का केंद्र माना जाता है. आइए जानते हैं इन चक्रों के बारे में.

आज्ञा चक्र

ऊँ आज्ञाचक्राब्जनिलयायै नमः

Om agya-chakraa-bahja-nilayāyei namaha

- दोनों भौहों के बीच स्थित चक्र को आज्ञा चक्र कहा जाता है.

- यह दो पंखुड़ियों वाला है , एक पंखुड़ी काले रंग की और दूसरी पंखुड़ी सफ़ेद रंग की है.

- सफ़ेद पंखुड़ी ईश्वर की ओर जाने का प्रतीक है , और काली पंखुड़ियों का अर्थ संसारिकता की ओर जाने का है .

- इस चक्र के दो अक्षर और दो बीज मंत्र हैं - ह और क्ष

- इस चक्र का कोई ध्यान मंत्र नहीं है क्योंकि यह पांच तत्वों और मन से ऊपर होता है.

- इस चक्र पर मंत्र का आघात करने से शरीर के सारे चक्र नियंत्रित होते हैं.

- इसी चक्र पर इडा,पिंगला और सुषुम्ना आकार खुल जाती हैं और मन मुक्त अवस्था में पंहुँच जाता है.

 - The chakra situated between the two eyebrows is called the command cycle.

 - It has two petals, one petal black and the other petal white.

 - White petals symbolize the direction of God, and black petals mean towards worldliness.

 - There are two letters and two bija mantras of this cycle - H and K

 - This chakra has no meditation mantra because it is above the five elements and the mind.

 - By chanting the mantra on this chakra, all the chakras of the body are controlled.

 - Ida, Pingala and Sushumna shapes open on this cycle and the mind reaches its free state.
