शरीर के चक्र

शरीर में मूल रूप से 7 चक्र होते हैं. इन्हें सृष्टि की समस्त शक्तियों का केंद्र माना जाता है. आइए जानते हैं इन चक्रों के बारे में.

मणिपुर चक्र

- यह चक्र नाभि के ठीक पीछे रीढ़ की हड्डी पर स्थित होता है.

- इस चक्र की आकृति त्रिकोण है, और रंग रक्त के समान लाल है.

- यह चक्र ऊर्जा का सबसे बड़ा केंद्र है , यहीं से सारे शरीर में ऊर्जा का संचरण होता है.

- यह अग्नि तत्त्व को नियंत्रित करता है और राजसिक गुण से संपन्न है.

- यह चक्र १० पंखुड़ियों का है

- इस चक्र से निम्न वृत्तियाँ नियंत्रित होती हैं - लज्जा,दुष्ट भाव,ईर्ष्या,सुषुप्ति,विषाद,कषाय,तृष्णा,मोह,घृणा,भय

- मन या शरीर पर पड़ने वाला प्रभाव सीधा मणिपुर चक्र पर पड़ता है.

- इस चक्र का बीज मंत्र है- "रं"

Manipur Chakra

 - This chakra is situated on the spine just behind the navel.

 - The shape of this circle is a triangle, and the color is red like blood.

 - This chakra is the biggest center of energy, from here the energy is transmitted throughout the body.

 - It controls the element of fire and is endowed with Rajasic quality.

 - This cycle is of 10 petals

 - Following chakras are governed by this chakra - shame, evil feeling, jealousy, sleepiness, sadness, suffering, craving, fascination, hatred, fear

 - The effect on the mind or body directly affects the Manipur Chakra.

 - The seed of this cycle is the mantra - "color"
