शरीर के चक्र
शरीर में मूल रूप से 7 चक्र होते हैं. इन्हें सृष्टि की समस्त शक्तियों का केंद्र माना जाता है. आइए जानते हैं इन चक्रों के बारे में.
अनाहत चक्र
- ह्रदय के बीचों बीच रीढ़ की हड्डी पर स्थित चक्र को अनाहत चक्र कहा जाता है.
- आध्यात्मिक दृष्टि से यहीं से साधक के सतोगुण की शुरुआत होती है. इसी चक्र से व्यक्ति की भावनाएँ और अनुभूतियों की शुरुआत होती है.
- इस चक्र को सौर मंडल भी कहा जाता है. इसका वर्ण हल्का हरा है.
- इसका आकार षठकोण का है.
- इस चक्र में १२ पंखुड़ियां हैं
- इस चक्र से निम्न प्रकार की वृत्तियाँ नियंत्रित होती हैं - आशा,चिंता,चेष्टा,ममता,दंभ,विवेक,विकलता,अहंकार,लोलता,कपटता,वितर्क,अनुताप
- व्यक्ति की भावनाएँ और साधना की आंतरिक अनुभूतियाँ इस चक्र से सम्बन्ध रखती हैं.
- मानसिक अवसाद की दशा में इस चक्र पर गुरु ध्यान और प्राणायाम करना अदभुत परिणाम देता है.
- इस चक्र का बीज मंत्र है - "यं"
Anahata Chakra
