शरीर के चक्र

शरीर में मूल रूप से 7 चक्र होते हैं. इन्हें सृष्टि की समस्त शक्तियों का केंद्र माना जाता है. आइए जानते हैं इन चक्रों के बारे में.

मूलाधार चक्र

- यह चक्र रीढ़ की हड्डी के सबसे निचले हिस्से के आसपास होता है.

- इस चक्र को कुलकुण्डलिनी का मुख्य स्थान कहा जाता है , इसका एक और नाम भौम मंडल भी है.

- यह चक्र चौकोर तथा उगते हुये सूर्य के समान स्वर्ण वर्ण का है.

- भौतिक रूप से सुगंध और आरोग्य इसी चक्र से नियंत्रित होते हैं.

- आध्यात्मिक रूप से धर्म,अर्थ,काम और मोक्ष का नियंत्रण करता है.

- इसका बीजाक्षर है - "लं"

- व्यक्ति के अन्दर अत्यधिक भोग की इच्छा और आध्यात्मिक इच्छा इसी चक्र से आती है

 - This chakra is like a golden color like a square and a rising sun.

 - Physically aroma and health are controlled by this chakra.

 - spiritually controls religion, artha, kama and moksha.

 - Its spelling is - "L"

 - The desire for spiritual enjoyment and spiritual desire in a person comes from this cycle.
